Making & delivery

Every book is embroidered to order — please allow 5–7 business days for making, then a further 5–7 business days for delivery. Orders ship from our California hub with tracking, so most orders arrive about 2–3 weeks after ordering. Every book is made by hand, so these times can vary a little. Need it by a certain date? Tell us in the order note and we’ll do our best.

Standard shipping is a flat $6.95 anywhere in the United States, added at checkout, with no customs fees. We currently ship within the US only. Personalized books are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective — if that happens, we replace them.
