Personalization guide

Every PARACELART book is embroidered after you order it, which means the details are yours to decide. This guide walks through the three choices you make on each product page, and how to get them right the first time.

01 · Choose your linen

Each book is bound in linen, and the shades offered for each design are listed on its product page. Natural linen is our classic and suits every motif. If you are matching a wedding palette, pick the shade closest to your dominant color and let the thread provide the contrast. Screen colors may vary slightly from the linen itself.

02 · Choose your embroidery

Each design has its own embroidered motif, shown in the photos on its product page, and a few designs come in several versions to choose from. On the product page you also pick a lettering style and a thread color for your names and date. If you are unsure, choose a thread that contrasts gently with your linen so the stitching reads clearly.

03 · Add your story

Names (required, up to 50 characters). We stitch your names exactly as written, including capitals, ampersands and accents. A few examples:

• Guest books and photo albums: Emma & James
• Vow books: the two initials or first names, for example A & H
• Baby memory books: the first name, for example Oliver
• Recipe books: The Nguyen Family, or Rose's Kitchen

Date to remember (optional, up to 30 characters). Write it the way you would like to see it stitched, for example June 14, 2027, 14 . 06 . 2027 or Est. 1987. Leave it blank if you would rather keep the cover to names alone.

Before you add to bag

Read your names and date one more time. Because embroidery begins soon after an order is placed, changes are possible only before stitching starts, and we are not able to remake a book free of charge for an entry error. If anything is unclear, or you would like advice on a layout, contact the studio before you order.

What happens next

Once your order is placed, your book is embroidered within 5–7 business days and shipped from our California hub with tracking. Delivery usually takes a further 5–7 business days, so most US orders arrive about 2–3 weeks after ordering. Because every book is made by hand, these times can vary a little.
