Making & delivery

Every book is embroidered to order — please allow 5–7 business days for making, then a further 5–7 business days for delivery. Orders ship with tracking, so most orders arrive about 2–3 weeks after ordering. Every book is made by hand, so these times can vary a little. Need it by a certain date? Tell us in the order note and we’ll do our best.

Standard shipping is a flat $6.95 anywhere in the United States, added at checkout, with no customs fees. We currently ship within the US only. Personalized books are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective — if that happens, we replace them.
