Shipping

Every PARACELART book is embroidered after you order it, then shipped with tracking to anywhere in the United States for a flat $6.95. Most orders arrive about 2 to 3 weeks after the order date. Here is how that time breaks down, and what to do if your date is close.

How long it takes

Making	5 to 7 business days	Your names, date and motif are stitched onto the linen cover.
Delivery	5 to 7 business days	Your book ships with tracking within the United States.
Total	About 2 to 3 weeks	From the order date to your door. Busy seasons can add a little time.

Every book is made by hand, so these times can vary slightly, especially in the weeks before the holidays and during the spring and summer wedding season.

Shipping cost and tracking

• Standard shipping is a flat $6.95 anywhere in the United States, added at checkout.
• You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
• Orders ship domestically, so there are no customs fees.

Need it by a certain date?

Add the date to the order note at checkout and we will do our best to meet it. For weddings, we recommend ordering at least four weeks ahead so there is time for stitching, delivery and a moment to enjoy the book before the day. If your date is very close, contact the studio before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.

Where we ship

For now, we ship within the United States only. If you would like a book sent elsewhere, contact the studio before ordering.

Changes, addresses and delivery problems

• Spelling or detail changes are possible only before stitching begins. Contact us straight away with your order number.
• Address changes are possible until your parcel has shipped. Please check your address carefully at checkout.
• Damaged or lost parcels: contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, or the expected delivery date if tracking shows the parcel lost, and we will replace the book or refund you.
